The American Cybercasting Corporation (ACC) announced the development of a new Internet-based electronic news service for the delivery of the USA Today, Moscow News, and other papers. Users sign up for the service and receive ASCII news in their e-mail boxes each morning. ACC also is targeting schools, both K- 12 and college communities, with teacher guides and the availability of additional newspapers such as Jerusalem Post, Los Angeles Times, Forbes, and others.
